Touchstone Gold Limited (the “Company”) – An application has been granted for the original listing in the Mining category of 247,901,424 common shares, of which 201,329,267 common shares are issued and outstanding, and 46,572,157 common shares are reserved for issuance.
The common shares will be listed and posted for trading at the opening on Wednesday, December 12, 2012.
The Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.

Incorporation:The Company was incorporated and registered under the name “Touchstone Investment Holdings Limited” in the British Virgin Islands on July 29, 2009 under the British Virgin Islands Act. On May 25, 2011, the Company changed its name to Touchstone Gold Limited. On September 7, 2012, the Company redomiciled from the British Virgin Islands to the Province of Ontario under the Business Corporations Act (Ontario).
