Jura Energy Corporation To Trade On Toronto Stock Exchange
Jura Energy Corporation ("Jura") – The common shares of Jura (Symbol: JEC) (the "New Jura Shares") will be listed and posted for trading in the Oil & Gas category on a 1-for-10 consolidated basis (the "Consolidation") at the opening of business on July 17, 2012 under the trading information set out below, in substitution for the presently listed common shares of Jura (the "Jura Shares"). There will be no change to stock symbol.

The foregoing results from a recently completed acquisition by Jura of all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Spud Energy Pty Limited from Eastern Petroleum Limited and other related transactions, including the Consolidation, all as more fully described in the management information circular of Jura dated December 16, 2011 (the "Circular").
No fractional New Jura Shares will be issued pursuant to the Consolidation and, in lieu thereof, each previous registered holder of Jura Shares otherwise entitled to a fractional interest in a New Jura Share will receive the nearest whole number of New Jura Shares (with fractions being rounded down).
It is understood that Letters of Transmittal were mailed to Jura shareholders on or about December 21, 2011 requesting them to deposit their duly completed Letters of Transmittal together with their pre-consolidated Jura Share certificates to Olympia Trust Company at its principal office in Calgary in exchange for share certificates representing the number of consolidated New Jura Shares to which they are entitled.

An application has been granted for the original listing in the Oil and Gas category of 70,253,892 New Jura Shares, of which 69,076,362 are issued and outstanding and 1,177,530 are reserved for issuance.
Jura will continue to be subject to the reporting requirements of Section 501 of the TSX Company Manual.
